Managed Subscription plans

We host it, run it and keep improving it. You photograph equipment and review verdicts. Two volumes, no seat licences, and no per-user fee, the meter is audits, because that is the only thing that actually costs money to run.

Starter

$999 / month

500 audits / month

  • Both regions' code bases available. IFC 2024 / NFPA with the OSHA 29 CFR 1910 overlay
  • Graded findings: critical / major / minor, each tied to the code section it fails
  • Verdict derived in code: pass, fail or re-inspect
  • Append-only audit log with the evidence photograph retained
  • Records search, and a printable report for sign-off
  • Instant operator alert on a critical finding
  • Email support

Need more than 1,000 audits a month, or auditing across many sites at once? That is usually the point at which owning it outright becomes the cheaper answer, we'll say so on the call rather than sell you a bigger subscription.

Are you a licensed practice? If you sign off compliance reports for your own clients, the partner track is a better fit than either subscription tier, white-label output under your stamp, on your infrastructure, with a wholesale option priced per report.

Where Pro stops: Pro is the whole engine, fully managed: we host it, run it, keep improving it, and meter it. What it is not is ownership. Pro never gives you the deployable system, it runs on our infrastructure with your records passing through our estate, and it is capped by audit volume. Build & Own It is the opposite trade: your infrastructure, your data never leaving your estate, no meter, and a one-time perpetual licence, in exchange for you running it.

What counts as an audit

These volumes are a starting point, not a ceiling.

500 and 1,000 are sized around single-technician throughput on standard inspection cycles. If your device count or cycle frequency puts you somewhere between the two, or well past Pro, say so on the call, we would rather set the number against your actual estate than sell you the tier that happens to be listed.

One photograph judged = one audit.

Every audit is a real vision-model call, which is the honest reason there is a meter at all rather than an unlimited tier. A submission rejected before it is judged: a missing site, a malformed image, an unreachable photo, costs you nothing and does not count. Re-photographing a device after a re-inspect verdict counts as a new audit, because it is a new judgement on new evidence.

What each model actually gives you

Same engine, two very different trades. The dollar figures below only tell half the story, this is the other half.

Deliberately shown both ways. A managed engine is the right call if you want OpEx, no infrastructure and someone else on the hook for keeping it running. If you expect to inspect for years and want the records never to leave your own estate, owning it is dramatically cheaper over its life, the introductory price is $45,000 against a regular $65,000.

Worth being clear about

Every plan is advisory screening, not certification.

No plan changes that. The engine produces a documented, code-cited judgement and a qualified person still reviews and signs off, that is the design, not a limitation of the cheaper tier.

Start with the Launch Pilot.

A one-time $3,500 per business, run against your own equipment and your own jurisdiction before you commit to a monthly figure. It is the cheapest way to find out whether this works on your sites, and we would rather you did that first.

There is no signup form on this page, and that is on purpose.

Volume, jurisdiction and equipment mix change what you actually need, and a checkout button cannot ask about any of them. Every plan starts with a conversation.

Not sure which volume fits?

Tell us how many devices you inspect and how often, and we'll work out the honest number with you, including telling you if owning it outright is the better buy.
