AI Field Auditor  ·  For licensed practices

Your stamp. Your client. Our engine does the write-up.

For fire-protection consultants, engineers of record and third-party ITM practices. The engine produces advisory compliance screening and cannot certify anything, a qualified person must review and sign off. Sold to a firm that wants to replace judgement, that is a limitation. Sold to a practice whose whole product is judgement, it is the architecture.

Why this is pointed at you and not around you

A licensed practice is constrained by the hours of the people allowed to put their name on a report. Not by software seats, and not by field labour you can subcontract. Every hour a qualified person spends transcribing findings, hunting the right code section and formatting a file is an hour not spent on the judgement you are actually paid for.

So the engine is deliberately built to stop one step short of you. It drafts the graded, code-cited finding and assembles the evidence; you read it, correct it where it is wrong, and sign it. The professional accountability never moves, because architecturally it cannot.

What stays yours

Relationship

Your client, start to finish

We do not contact, market to, or name your clients without your written consent. You are the counterparty on the engagement; we are infrastructure behind it.

Professional standing

Your stamp, your sign-off

The engine never certifies and never signs. Every finding it drafts is advisory until a qualified person approves it, and the record names that person.

Branding

Your report, not ours

White-label output: your template, your letterhead, your finding language and your site naming. Nothing in the deliverable needs to mention us.

Data

Your estate, your keys

On an owned deployment the system runs on infrastructure you own or rent, under your own provider accounts and API keys. We hold no standing access after handover, see section 15 of our Terms.

What the engine hands you
  • A photograph becomes a graded finding: critical, major or minor, each tied to the code section it fails (IFC 2024 / NFPA, with an OSHA 29 CFR 1910 overlay).
  • A verdict derived in code, not in prose: pass, fail or re-inspect. When the evidence will not support a judgement it returns re-inspect rather than guessing, which is the behaviour you want when your name is on the outcome.
  • Consistency across your associates. Grading is derived from the findings, so it does not drift between two of your people, two sites, or two quarters.
  • An append-only audit log with the evidence photograph retained against each finding, the code section quoted, the timestamp, and the name of the person who approved it.
  • A drafted, printable report that arrives ready for your review rather than ready for your typing.
What that is worth in licensed hours

The only figure we assume is the ~15 minutes to read and approve a drafted, code-cited verdict. Find your own write-up time on the left; the volume is yours to swap.

If your write-up takes today…You get back, per reportPer 40 reports you sign
1 hour~45 minutes~30 licensed hours
2 hours~1¾ hours~70 licensed hours
3 hours~2¾ hours~110 licensed hours

The point is not what those hours cost. It is that they are licensed hours, the scarce input in your practice, and that recovering them lets you take on more work without hiring a second person who can sign. What they are worth is your figure; bring it to the call and we will run it properly.

Most practices should start with the Pilot and decide afterwards. If you expect to sign reports for years and want the records inside your own estate, owning it outright is dramatically cheaper over its life and is the model this partner track is built around.

Worth being blunt about

It is advisory screening. It is not a certification, and it is not your replacement.

The engine documents a code-cited judgement and stops. A qualified person reviews and signs off, that is the design, not a limitation we intend to engineer away later. If a vendor offers you an engine that certifies, ask them who carries that.

Accuracy tracks evidence quality, and it says so.

A clear, well-framed photograph yields the best result. When the evidence will not support a judgement the engine returns re-inspect rather than guessing. You will see that verdict, and you should want to.

We have no licensed standing in the United States, and we are not pretending to.

We are an engineering firm, not a compliance authority. That asymmetry is the whole reason this is a partner product: you hold the licence, the jurisdictional relationships and the professional judgement, we hold the engine that removes your clerical load.

Built to IFC 2024 / NFPA with an OSHA 29 CFR 1910 overlay.

An NBC 2016 build for the Indian market is a separate system. If your practice works a jurisdiction we have not covered, say so, jurisdiction additions are prioritised for partners.

Judge it on your evidence, free.

Send ten photographs from a recent walk. We will send back the graded, code-cited report within 24 hours, no call required, no obligation, nothing to install. You do this for a living, so you are the right person to tell us where it is wrong.
